In West Lothian we support individuals who experience mental health problems to get involved in the arts and their local community through a common interest. This can be a fascination with local history, such as the Kirkhill Pillar, which once stood in Broxburn and is now located in Almondell Country Park, or a mutual interest in music which brings young and older people together. The end results range from a series of sculptures placed in the West Lothian landscape to a film presenting a series of portraits of young and older, their shared interest in music and responses to a series of questions. |
